Did you know: BUILDERS OF CONDOS VERY FREQUENTLY USE THE SERVICES OF REAL ESTATE AGENTS TO HELP SELL THEIR CONDO UNITS.
In fact, builders value the relationships with Realtors so much that they'll frequently offer specials, advanced notice of sales and discounts to realtors that are not available to the public. But, these offers aren't available to ALL Realtors. The builders have a select list of the top agents and they always offer their newest project to them first. It's kind of like a VIP situation where the builders take care of the people who take care of them.
After many years in the business and hundreds of deals, I'm very fortunate to be one of those VIP agents. So, if you're considering buying a condo from a builder - DON'T! At least not until you talk to me first... If you walk off the street right into the sales office you may be missing out on some great offers, such as:
